Coronavirus Safety Precautions

Your mental and physical safety matters to us. In order to ensure you remain healthy during face-to-face sessions, as well as our clinicians, these safety precautions must be followed. Clinicians may spontaneously end and/or reschedule appointments at their discretion when related to health and safety.

• Bring a face mask with you and wear it at all times when inside of the clinic.

• Upon arrival, remain in your vehicle, call/notify your clinician of your arrival and someone will let you know when to enter.

• Hand sanitizer/soap and water will be available for use upon entering and exiting the clinic.

• Only individuals being seen are permitted inside the clinic.

• Please reschedule appointment if you experience any cold/flu/strep-like symptoms within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. 

• Please notify clinicians of any COVID-19 suspicions, symptoms, diagnoses, and testing/results immediately.
